Bits³

Bits³ is a playful and interactive cube that reacts to the presence of external objects in its immediate vicinity. Each of the of the cube’s 6 sides have LEDs and buzzers triggered via embedded light sensors. As more sides are covered, increasing “tiers” of activity are reflected by an increase in the rate of an LED blinking as well as an increase in the pitch of the tone produced by the buzzer.  The goal of BITS³ is to create a unique situation where participants will be inspired to creatively engage the cube, whether through collaboration, the introduction of additional objects or through body positions
