1810 River Rd Renovation
The 1810 River Rd renovation is a conceptual design project that will encompass a refinishing of the exterior and a reconception of interior space into multiple tenants. The exterior refinishing specifies an Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) for the facade's panels as well as a powder coating for the metal details. I provided my client AutoCAD plans as well as digital exterior renderings.

INAX Corporate Headquarters
Temple University, Japan Campus
The design brief of a new headquarters for
the INAX Corporation called for gallery, showroom,
and office space. The juxtaposition
of playful display space with practical office
space created contrasting modes of spatial
organization which I reconciled by using the
morphogenetic technique of the fold to rotate,
scale and transform basic geometries with the
goal of creating a resultant space in which activities
and ideas became inclusive, allowing
for a close relationship between design and
production.
